1. On authorization: e-mail, password of your SYNAPS account
2. On the extension window opening: url of the active page
3. On the save button click: url of the active page, page name and user defined tags
4. On the delete button click: service database page id
5. In background: local extension database syncronize with remote Synaps storage. In this process data downloaded only from service.
